The True Preserve™ Vacuum Pump & Stopper Set removes air from an open wine bottle to slow oxidation and keep wine fresh between pours. Insert one of the two included stoppers into the bottle neck — the stopper’s ridged rubber plug compresses into the neck and the open center port aligns with the pump nozzle. Place the pump nozzle over the stopper’s center port and pump the ergonomic wing handle up and down 10 times to evacuate air. The rubber-ridged stopper creates a 100% leak-proof seal, strong enough to hold with the bottle tilted or inverted. Two stoppers are included so you can preserve two open bottles simultaneously. The pump barrel is brushed stainless steel with a black food-safe plastic top cap assembly, rubber gaskets, and a black wing-shaped handle with a finger loop cut-out for a secure grip during pumping.

Insert a stopper into the bottle neck. Place the pump nozzle over the stopper’s center port. Pump the wing handle 10 times to remove air. The stopper holds the vacuum seal until the next pour. Two stoppers let you work through multiple open bottles without losing track of which needs preserving.
