A Copper-Plated Hawthorne Strainer with Twin Pouring Slots

The Summit Hawthorne strainer is built around a broad round disc — wider than a standard Hawthorne — with a flat paddle handle and hanging hole at the top. Two symmetrical curved cutouts in the lower face of the disc allow for simultaneous split pours, so a single mixing glass can fill two coupes at once without lifting a second strainer. A tightly-wound coil spring wraps the full lower circumference of the disc and is removable for cleaning. Stainless steel construction with a copper-plated finish throughout. Fits standard and large mixing glasses.
