Rose City Tonic Concentrate | Floral Gin & Tonic Mixer with Real Quinine, 12 oz

Craft a Drier, More Complex Gin & Tonic with Real Cinchona Bark Quinine and Floral Rose Notes

Most tonic syrups fake it. Rose City Tonic Concentrate by Portland Syrups uses genuine cinchona bark and pure quinine anhydrous — one of the few tonic concentrates on the market that does. The result is a complex, gently astringent tonic bite layered with delicate rose floral notes, making it the ideal companion for botanical gins like Aviation. Hand-brewed in small batches in Oregon using whole, seasonally-selected ingredients and natural sweeteners.

• Real quinine from cinchona bark — delivers authentic tonic bitterness and complexity most syrups can’t replicate
• Floral rose character — rosa canina adds a delicate layer that complements gin’s botanicals without competing
• 40% less sugar than typical mixers — stronger flavor per serving, cleaner finish
• 12–24 cocktails per bottle — or nearly one gallon of full-strength sparkling tonic soda
• Small-batch, whole-ingredient brewing — hand-crafted in Oregon with natural sweeteners and no artificial flavors
• Versatile mixer — pairs with gin or vodka; use as a cocktail syrup or sparkling soda base

Originally developed in collaboration with Portland’s House Spirits (now Westward Whiskey) to pair with their award-winning Aviation Gin. A standout gift for cocktail enthusiasts, home bartenders, and gin lovers.
