Penicillin Cocktail Recipe

• 2 oz blended scotch (or bourbon)
• 0.75 oz Cheeky Honey Ginger Syrup
• 0.75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
• Add to a shaker with ice. Shake 10–15 seconds, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with candied ginger or a lemon wheel.
• Batch (5–6 cocktails): 8–11 oz scotch + 4 oz honey ginger syrup + 4 oz lemon juice. Stir in a pitcher or 32oz jar, pour over ice.

Care Instructions

• Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry pantry — shelf-stable for up to one year
• Refrigerate both bottles immediately after opening
• Honey ginger syrup lasts approximately two weeks refrigerated; lemon juice lasts approximately one month
