Earth Lines Ceramic Coupelle Bowls, Set of 4

Small Bowls That Give the Table Its Texture

Earth Lines ceramic coupelle bowls from Une Vie Nomade bring a lighter silhouette to an earthy table. Named for the French word for “small bowl,” each coupelle has a low, flared shape, shallow depth, and a small foot that lifts it gently from the tabletop. Carved lines around the exterior add texture, while a hand-applied matte transparent glaze reveals the clay’s natural color. Set them beside Earth Lines salad and dinner plates for a coordinated setting, or mix finishes for a table with a collected feel. Choose the small or large size to suit your setting; each set includes four bowls of the same size.

Footed Ceramic Coupelle Bowls with Carved Detail

• Bring mid-century modern sensibilities and traditional Moroccan ceramic craft into everyday place settings.
• Nest the small and large sizes together for a layered arrangement; sizes are sold separately.
• Enjoy subtle asymmetry and color variations that highlight each bowl’s handmade origins.
• Hand shaping and finishing create individual variations in form, glaze, and finish, signatures of artisan work rather than imperfections.
