Richer, Deeper Sweetness for Cocktails, Coffee & Everything In Between
Portland Syrups’ Brown Sugar Simple Syrup is a premium small-batch concentrate that goes far beyond the standard simple syrup. By blending brown sugar with farm-direct organic cane sugar, this syrup delivers a layered sweetness — the bright, clean flavor of organic cane plays beautifully against the warm molasses depth of brown sugar, creating a complex, rich syrup that elevates every drink it touches.
Handcrafted in Oregon using seasonally selected whole ingredients, this is the kind of syrup that makes your home bar feel like a craft cocktail lounge. Use it to sweeten iced lattes, stir it into an old fashioned, shake it into a tropical cocktail, or drizzle it over desserts. The possibilities are as versatile as the flavor is delicious.
- Pairs perfectly with bourbon, whiskey, rum, and soda water
- Ideal for iced coffee, lattes, and cold brew
- Great for mocktails, lemonades, and sparkling sodas (mix 1:6 or 1:7 with sparkling water)
- Works beautifully in baking, glazes, and dessert sauces
Extra-Concentrated Formula — 24 Servings Per Bottle, Half the Pour
This syrup is extra concentrated, so a little goes a long way. The recommended serving is half that of a standard syrup, meaning each 12 oz bottle delivers 24 full servings. That’s exceptional value for a handcrafted, small-batch product made with real ingredients — no artificial flavors, no shortcuts.
