- Materials: The main ingredients of cerapotta are: clay + alumina ceramic + proprietary material. Alumina has positive effect on taste and aroma by allowing coffee to be extracted without hindering its original flavor. The proprietary material burns out during firing (at 1,200°C), and the burnt-out part creates porosity.
- Molding Method: cerapotta is molded using a potter's wheel, with each piece being handcrafted by artisans, resulting in consistent shaping with minimal irregularities.
- Maintenance: When coffee brewing becomes slow, place the ceramic pot in boiling water for about 10 minutes to remove any clogs.
