• Insert has 4 separate pockets for the most versatile use
• Each wrap is hand cut and handmade
• The approximate size is 28" long and 5" wide and weighs 1.75-2 lbs.

Additional Details

• Material: Slipcover is Handmade of 100% linen fabric, with cotton insert. Both with cotton thread and filled with natural food grade flaxseed. Linen is Oeko-Tex tested for toxins and dyed with AZO free European reactive dyes. Made without fragrance, botanical or essential oils.
• Use Instructions: For warm therapy, microwave at 1 minute intervals, in order to provide relief for neck and back pain or soothe abdominal cramps. Alternative ways to warm would be using your dryer or a towel warmer. For cold therapy, place in freezer at least 30 minutes prior to use.
• Care Instructions: Machine wash slipcover in cold water and tumble dry. Spot Clean insert as needed. Insert must remain dry.
