Chilewich Overshot Placemat | Vintage Coverlet Inspired Design, 19x14"

Overshot Weave Placemat with Interlocking Concentric Circles — Built-In Microban® Protection, Made in the USA

The Chilewich Overshot Placemat is a contemporary interpretation of traditional textiles. Named for a weave structure with a long history, the weft yarn jumps or “shoots” over the foundational plain weave of the warp yarns, creating a decorative pattern layer of lively yet refined interlocking concentric circles. Inspired by vintage American coverlets — the earliest examples of which were made with an overshot weave — this design bridges craft heritage and modern dining. Manufactured in the USA from TerraStrand® material with integrated Microban® antimicrobial protection, in 5 colors.
