Originally developed in collaboration with Portland's House Spirits (now Westward Whiskey) to complement their award-winning Aviation gin, this authentically-brewed tonic features whole ingredients including cinchona bark and rosa canina. The delicate floral layer supports gin's botanical profile without overpowering the spirit's natural spice roster. Cinchona bark delivers a complex, gently astringent tonic bite that creates the driest gin and tonic possible.
Small-Batch Quality, Less Sugar
Each 12 oz. bottle is brewed by hand with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. This premium concentrate features 40% less sugar than typical mixers while delivering stronger flavor per serving. One bottle makes 12-24 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished soda when properly diluted.

How to Use
