Cork Bark Air Plant Wall Display
This natural cork bark display features a Mini Tillandsia Xerographica air plant, creating a striking wall-mounted botanical accent. Throughout the tropics, air plants naturally attach themselves to tree branches, trunks, and aerial roots—this arrangement brings that organic aesthetic into your space.
The Mini Xerographica is known for its silvery-green curling leaves and sculptural form, making it one of the most visually dramatic air plant varieties. Mounted on authentic cork bark, this combination provides both an attractive display and a natural growing surface that mimics the plant's native habitat.
Display Specifications
The cork bark measures approximately 7 inches wide by 9 inches high, providing an ideal canvas for the Mini Xerographica. Each piece of cork bark is unique, with natural texture and variation that adds character to your wall. The neutral tones of both the cork and air plant complement any interior design style, from modern minimalist to bohemian.
Care Requirements
These easy-going plants thrive in bright, indirect sunlight. Place your display near a window with filtered light, avoiding direct sun exposure which can scorch the leaves. Air plants absorb moisture and nutrients through their leaves rather than roots, requiring weekly misting or soaking. Simply remove the plant from the cork bark for watering, allow it to dry completely, then reattach.
Installation and Arrangement
Every order includes a length of wire for attaching the air plant to the bark. The plants ship separately from the bark to prevent damage during transit, allowing you to position and secure them exactly as you prefer. Mount multiple arrangements in rows or columns to create a living wall installation, or display a single piece as a focal point in your living room, kitchen, or office.
Ideal Gift for Plant Enthusiasts
This low maintenance arrangement makes an excellent gift for plant lovers who appreciate unique botanical displays without the commitment of traditional potted plants. No soil required, minimal watering needs, and maximum visual impact make this an accessible option for both experienced plant collectors and beginners.
