Our premium bamboo fiber collection started with one kid set. As new parents of our first daughter (now 15!), we quickly saw the need for reusable, non-toxic dishware for kids. Leaning on years of expertise in Fairtrade bamboo handicraft and our background in product design, in 2010, we developed what is now our signature BIOBU® bamboo fiber eco-composite. We now offer over 500 references in a wide palette of forms and colors; thoughtful products designed for modern living, both indoors and outdoors.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from which your item is received to request a return for a refund (minus the cost of return shipping), store credit, or exchange. In select cases, a restock fee may apply.

Defects & Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@lilyandonyx.com within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Photos showing defects or damage will be required via email.
