How to Use It
Hold the strainer over your glass with one hand while you pour from your shaker or mixing glass through your primary Hawthorne strainer with the other. The fine mesh catches everything the Hawthorne lets through. This is the double-straining technique used by professional bartenders for silky smooth daiquiris, martinis, sours, and any cocktail where texture and clarity matter.

Every finish is stainless steel with a colored coating — Silver is the base stainless (no coating), while Copper, Gold, Antique Brass, Gunmetal Black, and Rainbow Chrome are PVD or electroplated coatings over stainless. Hand wash all coated finishes to preserve the coating. Silver is dishwasher safe.
