Vintage Filigree Absinthe Spoon in Polished Stainless Steel

The traditional absinthe ritual calls for a flat perforated spoon rested across the rim of a glass, a sugar cube placed in the bowl, and cold water poured slowly over it until the sugar dissolves and the spirit louches โ€” the green liqueur turning milky as the water dilutes it. This spoon is shaped for exactly that. The wide triangular bowl is cut with elaborate vintage filigree throughout, and the handle carries the same ornamental detailing down to a decorative finial at the top.
