Penicillin Syrup
The Penicillin is a delicious contemporary classic cocktail made with blended scotch, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice, with an optional single-malt scotch float for extra smokiness. We've paired one bottle each of our Honey Ginger Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice for you for quick and easy cocktail shopping- add your scotch of choice (it's also great with bourbon!)

To make One Cocktail
- 2 oz blended scotch
- .75 oz Cheeky Honey Ginger Syrup
- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Candied Ginger if available, or Lemon Wheel or Wedge if not.
To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-11 oz blended scotch
-4 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
-4 oz 100% Lemon Juice
Add scotch to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar and add syrup and juice. Stir. Add ice, or pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as above.
