Collins Spicy Amarena Cherries are the perfect way to elevate an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. Crafted from Italian cherries in sour cherry juice, these cocktail cherries have a hint of chili that adds a little kick to your drink.
Collins started up in Chicago in 1934 with a simple bottle of grenadine and a beer key. It was the year after the end of Prohibition, and the newly legal purveyors of booze needed a steady source of cocktail ingredients and accessories to run their establishments.
Since 1934, we’ve seen our fair share of scenes. Tiki Bars. Discotheques. The Macarena. Mixology. But one thing has always held true on our side of the bar top. People like it when you shoot straight. This is why we work with real bartenders and stick to simple, quality ingredients when formulating our products. We buy our cherries directly from growers in Oregon, and only use real juice and real sugar for our mixers and syrups.
When it came time to make a hard seltzer, we leaned on our tried and true approach of using real ingredients and working with bartenders to come up with the best tasting drinks possible. We poured every ounce of our 87 years of cocktail wisdom right into a can to make refreshing, effervescent cocktails available with just the pop of a top. Real fruit juices and purees. Only 120 calories. All-natural flavor with just enough edge. There’s no sense in chasing a trend, when you can elevate it.
