Hand-Poured Soy Wax Pillar Sculpture Candle
The Mika Pillar Sculpture Candle combines functional lighting with sculptural design. Each candle is hand-poured using soy wax, creating a clean-burning and eco-friendly alternative to traditional paraffin candles. The pillar shape provides stability and a contemporary aesthetic that works as both a light source and decorative accent.
Crafted in the USA by skilled artisans, these candles feature the natural properties of soy wax, which burns longer and cleaner than conventional candle materials. The sculptural pillar design maintains its form while burning, creating an ambient glow that enhances any space. Available in two sizes to suit different room dimensions and aesthetic preferences.
Two Size Options
The short version measures 2"L x 2"W x 3.5"H, ideal for smaller surfaces, side tables, or grouped arrangements. The tall version at 2.5"L x 2.5"W x 6"H makes a statement on dining tables, mantels, or as a centerpiece. Both sizes maintain the same clean pillar silhouette that defines the Mika collection.
Soy Wax Benefits
Soy wax offers several advantages for candle enthusiasts. It burns at a lower temperature than paraffin, extending burn time and reducing soot production. As a renewable resource derived from soybeans, soy wax aligns with sustainable home practices. The material also holds fragrance effectively while maintaining a clean burn throughout the candle's life.
Artisan Craftsmanship
Each Mika candle is handmade in the USA, ensuring quality control and supporting domestic artisans. The hand-pouring process allows for attention to detail in shape consistency and wax quality. Slight variations may occur between candles, reflecting the handcrafted nature of each piece.
Styling and Placement
The minimalist pillar design integrates into various interior styles, from modern minimalist to Scandinavian-inspired spaces. Use a single candle as a focal point or arrange multiple candles in varying heights for visual interest. The neutral form allows the candle to complement existing decor without overwhelming the space. Note that a catch tray is not included and should be used to protect surfaces from wax drips.
Gifting Applications
These sculpture candles serve as thoughtful gifts for housewarmings, hostess appreciation, or home decor enthusiasts. The combination of functionality and design appeal makes them suitable for recipients who value both aesthetics and practicality in their home accessories.
