Each set contains one bottle of Cheeky Simple Syrup and one bottle of Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice. Use with gin for a traditional Tom Collins, or substitute vodka, tequila, rum, or whiskey for variations.

Single Cocktail Recipe

- 1.5-2 oz gin
- .75 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
- Top with seltzer

Add ingredients (except seltzer) to a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds, strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with seltzer water. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel.

Batch Recipe (5-6 Cocktails)

- 8-11 oz gin
- 4 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice

Add gin to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar with syrup and juice. Add ice and stir, or pour directly into individual glasses over fresh ice. Only add seltzer when serving to preserve carbonation. Garnish with lemon wedges or wheels.
