Hand-Blown Glass Terrariums with Live Air Plants - Set of 3
This set features five air plants from the tropical Americas displayed in three hand-blown glass orb terrariums. The collection includes a mix of Tillandsia Bulbosa, Tillandsia Abdita, and Ionantha Guatemala, each showcasing distinct foliage characteristics. Smooth river stones and bright green reindeer moss complement the air plants' natural red and silver hues.
Each glass orb measures 4"W x 4"H and features a flat bottom design, allowing for versatile display options. Hang them artistically in groups or place them on tables, desks, or shelves. These terrariums work well in offices, dorm rooms, and home settings where natural elements enhance interior spaces.
Air Plant Varieties Included
The three glass orbs highlight each plant's unique characteristics:
-
Tillandsia Abdita: Features red-tinged leaflets that add warm color accents
-
Tillandsia Bulbosa: Displays classic deep green coloring with a distinctive wild, sculptural structure
-
Ionantha Guatemala: Presents silvery-maroon foliage in a rigid, compact shape
Low Maintenance Care Requirements
Air plants require minimal care compared to traditional potted plants. Weekly mistings or quick soaks keep them properly hydrated. Position your terrariums in bright, indirect light for optimal plant health. The flat-bottomed design ensures stable placement on any flat surface, while the included hanging option provides flexibility in displaying your collection.
Hand-Blown Glass Construction
Each terrarium is crafted from hand-blown glass, creating unique variations in every piece. The clear glass allows full visibility of the air plants, river stones, and moss arrangement inside. The 4-inch dimensions provide adequate space for air circulation while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for multiple room settings.
