Snake Plant 'Laurentii'

• Common Names: Snake plant, Laurentii, Mother-in-law's tongue

• Description: This evergreen perennial native to tropical West Africa and Nigeria, is a great addition to any office or household as a natural air purifier. Snake plants have strong and sturdy, sword shaped leaves which are drought tolerant and retains the plants water. This plant can be easily propagated by leaf cuttings so you can multiply your family of snake plants or give them away as a gift. This particular variety will have a yellow outline along with its definitive dark green pattern towards the middle of each stalk.

• Note: This is a bare root plant and will ship without a pot and soil. You will NOT receive a nursery pot or soil with a bare root plant. Due to COVID inventory issues on the raw materials, planters are not shipped with the saucer.

Additional Details | Bare Root Houseplants

Our Bare Roots houseplants are raised in nursery pots but are harvested (de-soiled) for bare root orders. They are great value since they are cheaper than potted plants and they are easier/lighter to ship! Use the same method that you would use to repot your Houseplants to plant Bare Root houseplants; however, we recommend planting during spring/summer, since plants are dormant during winter so they are less likely to establish strong roots unless you have strong Grow lights.
